Christmas & New Year Opening Hours

To all of our valued customers,

Please be advised that we will not be shipping any orders on December 19, which is our last day of operation until the new year.

Please be aware that any Economy deliveries received after 12:00 pm on Wednesday the 17th will be delayed dispatch until January 5th. The final Economy delivery orders will be shipped on Wednesday the 17th, if pre-booking for Friday the 19th delivery is available to your area (this will be confirmed with the customer of the order). Only Next Day orders received by 12:00pm on Thursday the 18th for delivery on Friday the 19th, will be shipped on Thursday.

Starting on January 2nd, we will have a small number of employees ready to answer your queries over the phone and respond to your e-mails. From January 5th, 2026, we will be fully staffed and all orders and samples will be shipped as normal.

Any order received after 12:00pm on Thursday the 18th, will not be dispatched until the new year.
